I further certify that I am eligible for membership in North East Welch FCU according to its Field of Membership, which includes individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in designated townships and villages within Eastern Erie County, Pennsylvania, or Western Chautauqua County, New York.
I understand that this application initiates the membership process. Before my account can be opened, I am required to pay a $1 membership fee, deposit $5 into my savings account as my membership share, and sign the official membership documents at either branch location.
